Google Consent Mode v2 Architecture
Article 4. Zero-Tracking by Default

In strict compliance with EU guidelines, all analytical and marketing signals ('analytics_storage', 'ad_storage', 'ad_user_data', 'ad_personalization') are set to 'denied' by default before any scripts execute.

Google Analytics tags only activate and store measurement cookies after you explicitly click 'Accept All' or enable Performance cookies via the Preferences Modal.
(3)
ScoreEngine applies 'ads_data_redaction' and 'url_passthrough' parameters to ensure zero leak of advertising identifiers when consent is withheld.
